The Social Brand Specialist has responsibility for the day-to-day management of the company’s digital brand presence. This includes reviewing and responding to online reviews (based on pre-approved templates), assisting with brand related social media strategies and implementation, assisting with PR, assisting with Social Responsibility campaigns, minor office administration duties, and ensuring company brand policies and standards are understood and followed.


  • Review all reviews and assign the appropriate response
  • Ensure all customer service and legal parties are involved and contribute to urgent review responses
  • Track and trend review responses and scores across multiple platforms
  • Ensure all brand related content adheres to branding guidelines and policies
  • Other ah hoc duties as assigned
  • Assist with social media calendar and content that are brand relevant
  • Assist with any PR projects as directed by the Director of Marketing
  • Assist with monthly expense management of the marketing department
  • Assist with implementing social responsibility campaigns

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Experience with Social media and client management
  • Experience partnering at all levels of an organization

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA)

  • Knowledgeable in social media platforms
  • Knowledgeable in review platforms (BirdEye preferred)
  • Knowledge of social media campaigns, policies, and best practices
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
